Located in the central north coast of Tasmania, you will discover beautiful Turners Beach. Taswellness Retreat House offers a beach escape for a minimum of 2 nights with all inclusive meals and wellness activities. The purpose of these retreats is to practice some intentional self-care while meeting new likeminded people. Wellness activities vary and may include an in-house relaxation massage, stress management session, values workshop, an individual wellness consult, self care with essential oils, deep sleep meditation, mindfulness practices, art therapy, yoga and nutrition workshop. All wellness activities are hosted by a team of accredited professionals. You will also have opportunities for free time. Come and experience the beauty of Tasmania!

Facilities 

Taswellness Retreat House is the ultimate place for self care. It has an indoor heated magnesium swimming pool and lots of private spaces for you to laze in the sun or read a book in the shade. The beach is directly opposite the house for you to take long walks at low tide or take a fresh swim in the ocean.

Retreats have some meals included with a combination of in-house and cafe options, depending on the package you choose.
Taswellness Retreats offers delicious in-house meals and cafe experiences. Any guest dietary requirement can be catered for.
