Run by the Melbourne Meditation Centre and held in peaceful and picturesque surroundings not far from Warburton, this retreat provides an opportunity for rest and relaxation along with a chance to explore and develop your meditation and mindfulness practice in unique and innovative ways. You’ll also enjoy delicious vegetarian food, good company and plenty of time to rest, read or walk. The retreat is run in a friendly, light-hearted and informal style, and includes opportunities to practice mindful movement, including yin yoga and qi gong.
The retreat is suitable for both beginning and advanced meditators. Rather than teaching you specific meditation techniques, the team invite you to meditate in your own way. They offer support and ideas on how to explore and refine your meditation practice and how to work more skillfully with thoughts and emotions.
