I've never tried breathwork before. Is this retreat right for me?
Yes. Our breathwork journeys are thoughtfully facilitated for all experience levels, including complete beginners. Daily sessions build gently so you can ease in at your own pace.
What should I pack?
Yoga wear, bathers, rashie, light active clothing for hikes and horseback riding, closed shoes, plus layers for cool evenings. Tie-dye workshop t-shirts are provided. Full list after booking.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Meals cover all dietary needs including vegetarian and gluten-free, with N/A drinks included. Let us know at booking and our chef will plan.
Who is this retreat for?
Adventurers, creatives, and anyone craving a mind-body reset. Group size of 10 suits solo travellers and friends equally. Surfers and non-surfers are both welcomed since most activities are optional.
How do I get to the venue?
Mizata by Antiresort is on El Salvador's Pacific coast, about 1 hour from San Salvador airport. Airport transfers are included with the retreat. Logistics confirmed after booking.
What's the cancellation policy?
The 10% deposit through The Good Index is non-refundable. The 90% remainder is refundable up to 60 days before start, transferable inside that window.
