The retreat is an intimate experience, with a maximum of 10 couples per retreat and workshop times focused completely on you as a couple. With two to three workshop sessions per day, the LoveLife retreat provides you with plenty of time off to enjoy the environment and do your homework. There are no group activities, no need for self-disclosure and no nudity or sexual interaction (other than homework!).

Within the LoveLife programme you will learn:

The workshop times are focused completely on you as a couple, with no group activities. However, a typical schedule looks like:
- Friday – 11am-1pm Introduction, 3-5pm Conscious Relating, 7-9pm Touch
- Saturday – 10am-12pm Connection, 3-6pm Sacred Sexuality, 7-9pm Fine Dining at Wintergarden
- Sunday – 10am-12pm Taking it home, 1-3pm Consolidation & Closing

Each garden cottage is individually named with a historical significance to Parklands which include Pope, Govett, Kerslake, Monterey, Pine, Maple and Fairway cottages comprise of 4 rooms, the ground floor Garden Suites and the top floor Loft Rooms.
