Nirvana’s ‘Release Tension’ retreat includes:
- A powerful 2 day & 2 night retreat
- Take time to restore the mind & body, let go of negative thought patterns & tension held within the body and mind
- Body Therapy Via Myofascial release massage, breath work, restorative yoga & conscious high vibration eating Mind Therapy Through Meditation and workshop
- Leaving you feeling restored relaxed & empowered
- Due to the nature of lead therapist Enricos 1-1 time needed with guests, this retreat is limited to 7 guests only
Facilities
Based at the bottom of a hill, near a lake to kayak it’s a space to completely let go in nature and serenity. The lodge holds the yoga deck & hot spa fuelled by natural wood.
Food & Drink
High vibration food offerings provided by private chefs. We promote a healthy balanced and nutritious meal choice to our guests, based on Ayurvedic properties
Accommodation
Two beautiful properties are available over 50 acres of land in the beaches community of The Central Coast. The Cottage is a 4 bed historical restored farm house with Michael Cooke landscaped gardens. It boasts indoor and outdoor fire places and a tasteful mix of designer and vintage furniture. Interior designed by Michelle Leslie, and recently renovated the property is the perfect space to unwind and restore the batteries The Lodge is a newly built out of massive glass panels, stone & timber beams it has 3 bedrooms with private ensuites.
