Living Valley offer a wide range of therapeutic programs, all designed to elevate you to a higher state of physical, emotional and mental wellness. Their programs are exclusive, with an average of only 20 guests each week, cared for by a staff-team of over 50 competent personnel. Mental Wellness – A unique mental health retreat. This wellness program is designed to get to the core, to deal with the blockages and to set you free to focus on the things that really matter.
Power Cleanse – Medically designed detox program that really works. Includes naturopathic consultations and personal meal planning, with the priority of setting you on a path to long-term wellness.
Weight Loss – Weight Loss Retreat combining 30 years’ experience with the most up-to-date therapies, science and psychology to reduce cellulite, gain muscle and shed unwanted fat.
Men’s Health – Lose weight & deal with potential or chronic concerns such as prostate, heart, hormonal, emotional or sugar-related issues.

Food & Drink
Living Valley are passionate about organic food and source it from their network of suppliers and growers. During the first two days you will enjoy amazing organic meals, then you will be coached through an effective three day cleanse and detox process using protein drinks, vegetable juices and broths. After this, you will revert to a full organic menu, including attending a cooking class, and learning some great recipes, hints and tips from Living Valley’s kitchen team of chefs. Specific dietary needs and preferences are cheerfully catered for including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, paleo and any particular food intolerances.
Accommodation
Living Valley offers a full range of accommodation from King Single rooms with a shared bathroom through to Double, Queen, Superior rooms and finally, a Luxe 2 bedroom suite within a secluded cottage with gorgeous valley and mountain views, 70m from the main retreat centre.
