Programmes & Offerings

Each day you will take part in a comprehensive program that covers exercise, healthy eating and education that’s designed to maximise your results and help change your habits so you can always lead a healthy lifestyle. You will take part in 4-6 hours of exercise each weekday (at your fitness level) and what you do and don’t participate in is up to you. Add to that great tasting healthy meals, and a full program of success education workshops to help you change your life for the long term and it’s easy to see why OnTrack is Australia’s most popular residential program of weight loss, fitness and lifestyle change retreat. The following are key pillars of the retreat experience at OnTrack:

Cooking Classes – To help you succeed for the long term we also offer practical cooking experience where there will be a balance of meals we prepare for you and meals we prepare as cooking classes, or practical cooking experience so you are confident about continuing your healthy eating when you return home.

Fitness – Enjoy a full daily program of varied fitness classes each day at your fitness level. From enjoyable sessions in the heated pool where you’ll exercise, stretch and have some fun, to wonderful walks (or runs if you are up to them) in the beautiful retreat surroundings and high intensity workouts such as cardio circuits, kickboxing circuits and boxing circuits in the retreat’s first class fitness facilities. The retreat also offers a range if sports courts to enable exercise to be taken in a fun environment. OnTrack trainers will challenge you to take things to a new level in a supportive way and create a fitness program that you are comfortable with and that gets results, regardless of whether you are a total beginner, or someone who already trains hard. Learn about fitness and your goals so you can go home feeling confident of keeping the weight off.

Education Workshops – OnTrack’s program is designed to help you understand what you need to change to succeed over the long term and to help you make those changes. Each day you will take part in a seminar helping you to succeed with your weight loss for the long term. In these sessions, topics such as emotional eating, nutrition, motivation, goal setting are covered.

Spa – Guests are welcome to use the retreat’s spa facilities at the end of the day. Swim or relax at the pool or take in a spa treatment.

At OnTrack, there’s no ‘rabbit food’, instead you will receive a wide range of delicious meals which look and taste great.  The food is designed for you to be able to replicate at home and continue your weight loss journey. As well as the retreat’s regular meal plan, they are pleased to cater for guests who are vegetarian, or follow no fish, no shellfish, gluten free or lactose free meal plans.
