Programmes & Offerings
The retreat will include daily morning creative vinyasa flow and meditation, inner child workshops, hot and cold exposure therapy, breath work ceremonies, cacao ceremony, sound healing, live music, ecstatic dances, art therapy and a beach day.
Facilities
This retreat space is in the heart of Uluwatu but tucked away from any traffic. There is a beautiful restaurant, private balinese style accommodation, a large pool with chairs for sun tanning, unlimited access to the spa- sauna, steam room, cold plunge and yoga shala.
This is a Music and Movement retreat with live musical performances every night and sound healing.
Food & Drink
3 Vegan and gluten free meals will be provided daily made fresh on site. There is also a working restaurant available to you that you can order from at all times.
Accommodation
The accommodations are either private or semi private ( 2 per room). They each feature an ensuite bathroom, outdoor balcony, air conditioning, wifi, Netflix and a TV. There will be a total of 10 participants at this retreat.
