Revive and Thrive is our signature programme which is either a 6 day or 8 day retreat experience. Each retreat involves yoga, daily massage, use of our award-winning spa including sauna, infared, plunge pool and outdoor spa. Enjoy plant-based meals, guided hiking, wellness classes, and so much more. Aro Ha Wellness Retreat offers multiple accommodation options 8 days and 7 nights, or 6 days and 5 nights.
Relax in the Obsidian Day Spa overlooking the Southern Alps. Guests are able to use this at leisure, including the sauna, spa pool and plunge pool facilities which are perfect for after a morning hike.
Accommodation
As part of our retreat, we offer Eco-Single or Eco-King rooms. They are designed with sustainability in mind, with bespoke details and a luxury minimalist feel. Each of our rooms have breathtaking views of the Southern Alps.
Meals
To help with the cleansing process, we do not offer alcohol, coffee, dairy, gluten or sugar on our retreats.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid
