- Surrounded by the rural producers and bio-dynamic farms of South East Queensland and Northern Rivers, Eden’s head chef and resident nutritionist creates beautifully designed meals. Your dining experience is an integral part of your time at the retreat and Eden aim for you to walk away with a new appreciation of the foods we use to nourish our bodies. Eden source the freshest seasonal ingredients including fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans and grains and these ingredients are often organic and always local.
- Menu’s are designed to provide a balance of protein and bio-available nutrients to assist in overall wellness and reduce unwanted cravings. While dietary allergies such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts are catered for, vegetarian/vegan options are also offered. A typical day’s set menu at Eden comprises of a wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner with morning and afternoon teas. To ensure you maximise the benefits of eating the delicious whole foods, alcohol and caffeine are not available.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid
earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining
balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
