We run retreats every single week of the year from Saturday arrival to Friday departure.

From the huge saltwater lagoon style pool complete with built in fire pit and swim-up juice bar, to the recovery centre with infrared sauna, moroccan style ice plunge pool and 8 seat jacuzzi – every single detail has been meticulously designed for the best results- be that be to enhance your physical, mental or emotional wellbeing, or to simply allow you to rest and relax in a state of absolute bliss and delight.

Imagine being transported to a serene, peaceful haven surrounded by nature where you will awaken to bird song as the beautiful tropical sun rises. Come evening, you will gently fall asleep to the sounds and aroma of the Indian Ocean on the gentle breeze. You’ll feel totally at ease in your ‘home away from home’, with every bedroom having all the modern comforts you need to enjoy your stay – from fresh cotton linens, high quality mattresses, black out curtains, kimono robes, healthy snacks, hair dryers and our own custom blended natural spa products. We have a variety of private suites and superior rooms for you to select from including 2 private Jacuzzi suites, 4 private deluxe suites, 2 pool view suites, 2 garden view rooms and 6 superior rooms. All rooms are air conditioned with daily housekeeping and nightly turn down service plus all the signature perks and special touches that make you feel right at home in your Bali sanctuary. All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, many wth beautiful deep baths and/or railhead showers. We accommodate up to 22 women at any one time and you will have a private room with private ensuite bathroom unless you are traveling with a friend and request a twin share option.

We are foodies at heart and the beautiful meals are a huge focus of the retreat program. The food is cited as one of the highlights every week by our guests without fail! We take great pride in our spa cuisine menu that has been designed to tantalize your taste buds and nourish you from the inside out- this is where flavour meets wellness! What sets us apart is that we focus on organic, nutrient-rich wholefoods and cater to all guests culinary needs and dietary preferences. We believe food is a celebration, and every meal is a special memorable experience on retreat. Our fully qualified and highly experienced wellness chefs take great delight in serving you dishes that are as tasty as they are beneficial for your health and wellbeing. Special signature dishes on the menu have also been created and implemented by the head chef at COMO Uma Canggu, focusing on local flavours and nutrition with a real gourmet twist! We cater to all requirements whether it be vegan, paleo, vegetarian, pescetarian, dairy-free, gluten free, grain-free, low-fructose, FODMAP or any other particularities. Each meal is made fresh to cater to your unique tastes and preferences meaning you can enjoy every meal knowing it has been created with you in mind. Best of all- you won’t miss out on anything! Everything is made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients and sourced from local providers in Bali. We have a ‘no compromise’ rule when it comes to the quality of our ingredients. You can rest assured that we use the best of the best when it comes to each and every dish created. We truly set the standards in spa cuisine when it comes to Bali retreats and nothing makes us happier than the smiles on our guests faces when they sit down to each meal.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid
earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining
balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
