Emotional Wellbeing – Beach Health Retreat offers a world class, fully supported customised, residential emotional wellbeing program. The program centers around gentle but transformative daily holistic counselling sessions, as well as supporting therapies and nourishing mouth watering organic food. You can start your day with a physical fitness session of yoga or aerobic activity and then relax with a rejuvenatory spa treatment of your choice.  Full catering includes delicious organic nutritious food. The basic emotional wellbeing program offers one counselling session per day in the privacy of your own luxury self-contained apartment with use of spa, sauna and heated pool. There are many dining options from using your complete kitchen or a short walk to numerous cafes and multicultural restaurants or food box delivery.

Health & Fitness – Beach Health Retreat offers a unique Health & Fitness program including an analysis of your current eating habits and design of a unique program that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Their personal training programs will be tailored specifically to you and your personal goals with each individual program including scientific exercise progression, various motivational techniques to maintain your enthusiasm, and challenging workouts that test your mind, body, and soul. The individual supervision you’ll receive from one of our certified trainers will motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals. There are a range of activities to choose from to add variety to the program: canoe the beautiful Maroochy River, have a surfing lesson, walk or jog along the beach, utilise the gymnasium, take a martial arts class or participate in a yoga program.

Spiritual Fasting – Beach Health Retreat offers extended spiritual fast programs.  Using Ayurveda detoxification procedures, massage, herbal steams and holistic counselling magnifies the power and many benefits of your spiritual fasting. By combining practices such as holistic counselling with a vegetarian diet, spiritual fasting becomes the most powerful and profound personal transformation practice available. The benefits of this practice go beyond the many physical benefits obtained from detoxification and purification of the body in that the mind and emotions are also detoxified.

Vegetarian Experience – Beach Health Retreat offers vegetarian introduction program that offers cutting edge education and empowerment to guests to understand the facts and experience the amazing benefits of a natural vegetarian lifestyle.

Ayurvedic Detox Retreat – This program is a unique  experience that relaxes, detoxes and rejuvenates the mind body and soul. A further benefit of  Ayurveda is that it is a very gentle process that achieves not just deep cleansing but also rejuvenation with comfort. In fact, many of the treatments employed are delightful luxurious spa therapies in their own right. The Ayurvedic detox and cleanse program helps clear out not just physical toxins and blocks but also and perhaps more importantly emotional psychological blocks, challenges and toxins.
