Facilities
Facilities at the sanctuary include a yoga studio, swimming pool, massage room, fire pit, communal longhouse with ocean views, board games, communal library and bar. Walking tracks on the facility through the protected rainforest will lead you down to a quiet beach. There are plenty of quiet areas for you to meditate, read a book and relax in hammocks which are strung around the lush tropical grounds.
Food & Drink
Nourishing, vegetarian and delicious. Heal your digestion, detox and nourish your body. Our breakfast buffet each day consists of homemade muesli (gluten free also available), fresh fruits, organic and vegan yoghurts, Sanctuary’s famous porridge of the day and eggs of the day (vegan options available). Served with breads and condiments, and fresh Juice or smoothie of the day. The Vegetarian lunch buffet follows a different theme each day, either Italian, Asian or Arabic influences. Using flavours from around the globe, consisting of fresh homemade soup and bread, various salads and something delicious like arancini, falafels or something similar (vegan and gluten free options included). The evening meal is a daily changing menu with a choice of three vegetarian options, with shared salads and breads. All meals are stunningly presented, fresh, homemade and delicious
