The retreat runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday once a month for all creative yogis, to reconnect with creativity, to restore both mind and body and create space for ourselves again. Take time to explore Elemental Yoga and enjoy a creative art journey as well. You don’t have to be an artist to enjoy a bit of therapeutic art play. It takes us back to our younger selves and simpler times. Elemental Yoga combines Flow yoga and dance, you connect to music, meditation, journalling and creative art practices and as a bonus you also receive a bespoke aromatherapy massage or healing session of your choice.

Programmes & Offerings
Our Elemental Yoga Retreat Package includes: Three Morning Flow Yoga in studio every day, and three Sunset Beach Yoga sessions. Three two hour creative workshops, and an hour aromatherapy massage. Your accommodation includes a 4 night stay at Coral Beach Lodge. Your transport to and from studio is also complementary.

Accommodation
There are two options available: A three bedroom share, offering three single beds per room, ensuite shower, bathroom, all linen provided complimentary tea and coffee, TV in each room. A single room or double bed, ensuite shower and toilet, all linen provided, complimentary tea and coffee. Parking available and a communal kitchen also.
