The intention of this retreat is to bring incredible movement & mindfulness experts together to provide you with new found strength, knowledge and skills. Whether you need to break the cycle of not enough movement, build on existing training or invite in new modes of movement, this retreat is for you. Gift yourself five incredible days and four nights to move, be challenged, and sweat (let’s be real here!), but to also to fill your energy tank and make new friendships with like-minded people.
Our unique MOVE Retreat is available to both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We will combine functional group training, yoga, stretching and hiking with pampering, mindfulness, health coaching and peak performance practices such as breathwork, cold therapy and nutrition inspiration.
