Sydney based Bodylove Pilates and retreat experts, Edmund & Amelia, have paired to bring a weekend of movement, breathwork, acupuncture and an introduction to complimentary modalities.
June 9th through June 12th at the beautiful Mona Farm in Braidwood, providing luxury accomodations and seasonal, local fare prepared by their executive-chef. It’s a holistic weekend designed to create an opportunity for yourself to spend some time at ease.
The daily practices offered make you feel stronger with less physical tension and the bonus of stress release. Without the haste with which we fit in our workouts in the city and the pressure from lack of time, this retreat is designed to offer you space to enjoy and witness the imprint these practices have on your well-being. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and with the skills to implement the practices into your daily living.

Who is Pilates for? The long-weekend will include twice-daily mat Pilates classes at an open level, anyone can join. Ali’s expert instruction will help you perfect the technique if you’re new to Pilates and if you’re a seasoned practitioner, you can take the cues to add on where you would like to advance.
How come Acupuncture? At the end of each class we’ll wind down and release any stress, tension and fatigue with systematically placed pins by our expert, Martine. Not only will the treatment provide a deep layer of rest, it will also relax and refresh the muscles so you feel prepared for the next session.
What is a Breathwork Journey? Inspired by Himalayan breathing techniques, Geoff has designed these journeys to use the breath as a tool to unlock any stagnation and access deeper awareness of one’s inner-world leading to profound bodily sensations and a resulting mental clarity. The practice leaves you feeling both invigorated and strongly connected to your present self.
