Programmes & Offerings

The yoga is suitable for all levels of experience, including complete beginners right through to advanced practitioners.

Yoga and meditation sessions are run by Emmie Allwood-Holmes.

Emmie brings a wealth of experience to guide you through each nourishing session. The Friday afternoon and evening is a time to settle into the space and to get to know one another. There may be massage available subject to availability and your time of arrival.

Check in is from 03:00 pm on the Friday.

Saturday of the retreat will begin with a gentle yoga flow in the morning to get the energy moving. There will be a group, guided meditation later in the morning. They hold a nourishing Yin yoga and Restorative yoga session in the afternoon and the last session of the day is a restful yoga Nidra. Sunday begins with a gentle flow and concludes with a group reflection session.

Check out is usually 11.30am on Sunday.

Facilities 

Yoga Studio, Outdoor Pool, Tennis courts and Quiet space for Meditation.

Food & Drink

The retreat is fully catered with nutritious plant based, gluten free and 100% delicious food.
Accommodation
The retreat is located at the Bideford School Boutique accommodation nestled in rural Wairarapa. Only a 25-minute drive from Masterton.
The accommodation is a variety of solo occupancy and shared rooms. The retreat is limited to a maximum of only 10 guests so that each person can get the time , attention and space they need.
