Retreats Byron Bay is located in 11 acres of beautiful subtropical rainforest in the Byron Hinterland, on the east coast of Australia. The retreat holds classes in Consciousness and Embodiment, as well as Mind Body Spirit Retreats, working with inspiration rather than conflict as the impetus for change.. Retreats are led by Dr Jon Dental, who has both clinical and metaphysical protocols
Jon says ‘My years of experience as a dental surgeon has allowed me to develop a unique way to practice. When you become a patient with me, I give a full holistic service that takes the whole body into the context of healing. I have created my own protocols and products to support and nurture your healing experience, balancing and aligning, the body mind and spirit’.

The Yoga and Wellness Weekend Retreat – Spend the weekend immersed in yoga, wellness, meditation, nature, eating fabulous food in the magic of CasaVeras to leave refreshed, refocused and ready to engage life. Book as a single, couple or group (up to 8 people)
Learn Whole Health and Wellbeing Retreat – Foucs on health and wellbeing through the balance of Body, Mind & Spirit. Healing and cognition integrating left & right brain consciousness using Kinesiology muscle testing as a foundation.

Facilities
Retreats Byron has as Bush Spa including outdoor bush baths to soak in and a far InfraRed sauna with colour therapy that guests are free to use. All water is filter and UV treated rainwater. The retreat also offers an art drawing table, games, books and tarot cards for guest use.
Food & Drink
Catering at Retreats Byron is by Alive and Wild Living Live Raw Plantbased Cuisine who prepare nutritious and delicious raw and vegetarian cuisine daily. Meals are gluten wheat and dairy free and made using organic, spray free and locally source ingredients
Accommodation
Accommodation at Retreats Byron is in the form of Sleeping Pods and Glamping. Sleeping Pods have a queen bed, suitable for a single or couple and Glamping is in Bell Tents with a dividing panel between two beds.
