Conveniently located within reach of Sydney or Canberra, Cedarvale is located in the Southern Highlands overlooking the picturesque Kangaroo Valley. Facilities
Cedarvale’s spa and wide range of treatments are one of the highlights of the retreat. Whether it’s for relaxation, cleansing/detoxing, or some other therapeutic needs, the retreat’s Therapy Supervisor will discusses which treatments will best meet each guest’s needs on arrival. The spa offers massage (therapeutic, swedish, hot pack, upper body and foot), hydrotherapy, clay body wraps, salt rubs and much more.
Guests also have access to the gym, exercise sessions and indoor heated swimming pool and FIR sauna. A range of evening activities are also provided including DVDs/videos, puzzles; board games and a property tour to view local glow worms and nocturnal wildlife.
