If activity is what you desire, days at Eden burst with vitality. Food & Drink
Surrounded by the rural producers and bio-dynamic farms of South East Queensland and Northern Rivers, Eden’s head chef and resident nutritionist creates beautifully designed meals. Your dining experience is an integral part of your time at the retreat and Eden aim for you to walk away with a new appreciation of the foods we use to nourish our bodies. Eden source the freshest seasonal ingredients including fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans and grains and these ingredients are often organic and always local.
Menu’s are designed to provide a balance of protein and bio-available nutrients to assist in overall wellness and reduce unwanted cravings. While dietary allergies such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts are catered for, vegetarian/vegan options are also offered. A typical day’s set menu at Eden comprises of a wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner with morning and afternoon teas. To ensure you maximise the benefits of eating the delicious whole foods, alcohol and caffeine are not available.
Accommodation
Nestled deep inside the breathtaking hinterland of the Currumbin Valley, Eden’s spectacular lodges are the height of luxury. Indulge yourself with one of three lavishly designed retreat lodges: available in single, twin-share or premium couples retreats. All rooms come with queen size posturepedic beds, luxury bathroom, organic toiletries and air-conditioning. The Cascade Lodge accommodation option provides guests ultimate luxury with their own private deck, private lounge with fireplace, king size bed, dual showers and bath.
