Along side this, Eden offers a full range of activities for guest to enjoy – from mindful and calming to active and adventure. Whether you are breathing in time with a vibrant Qi Gong class, flowing through a yoga session or connecting to an immersive meditation, Eden’s dedicated instructors are there to guide and refocus your mind through peaceful and restorative practices. Guests are also welcome to participate in a range of educational group talks and healthy cooking demonstrations.

If activity is what you desire, days at Eden burst with vitality. You can choose to immerse yourself in healthful and invigorating experiences, including Pilates, hiking, stretching, dance, Tibetan & restorative yoga, gym-based cardio, swimming, tennis, Zumba, Hula and much more.  From swinging through the treetops on the giant swing to soaring through the air on the flying fox, Eden Health Retreat has lots of activities to explore your adventurous side. If you’re looking for something more low key, you can enjoy group bike rides, kayaking, rainforest walks and much more.

Food & Drink

Surrounded by the rural producers and bio-dynamic farms of South East Queensland and Northern Rivers, Eden’s head chef and resident nutritionist creates beautifully designed meals. Your dining experience is an integral part of your time at the retreat and Eden aim for you to walk away with a new appreciation of the foods we use to nourish our bodies. Eden source the freshest seasonal ingredients including fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans and grains and these ingredients are often organic and always local.

Menu’s are designed to provide a balance of protein and bio-available nutrients to assist in overall wellness and reduce unwanted cravings. While dietary allergies such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts are catered for, vegetarian/vegan options are also offered. A typical day’s set menu at Eden comprises of a wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner with morning and afternoon teas. To ensure you maximise the benefits of eating the delicious whole foods, alcohol and caffeine are not available.

Accommodation

Nestled deep inside the breathtaking hinterland of the Currumbin Valley, Eden’s spectacular lodges are the height of luxury. Indulge yourself with one of three lavishly designed retreat lodges: available in single, twin-share or premium couples retreats. All rooms come with queen size posturepedic beds, luxury bathroom, organic toiletries and air-conditioning. The Cascade Lodge accommodation option provides guests ultimate luxury with their own private deck, private lounge with fireplace, king size bed, dual showers and bath.
