Gaia is a true culinary experience, with all meals included and a variety of chicken, line caught seafood and vegetarian dishes served daily. The Spa Cuisine menu changes daily and features organic, locally sourced produce, prepared by world-class chefs.

The day begins with a sumptuous buffet and hot breakfast, followed by a light lunch, while the evening unfolds with a three-course fine dining experience.A selection of fine organic Australian wine is available to accompany your evening dining experience.
